Return Policy:

For sanitary reasons, we only accept returns in the case of a damaged or defective item. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact Us: Within 10 business days of receiving your order, please email us at Minimebond@gmail.com. In your email, please provide the following information:

• Name (First & Last)

• Order number

• Email address

• Description and pictures of the damaged or defective item

1. Assessment and Authorization: Our team will review your email and assess the claim. If your claim is accepted, we will provide further instructions, including issuing a return shipping label if necessary.

2. Return Shipping: If instructed to return the item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Refund and Replacement:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. If the item is deemed to be damaged or defective, we will proceed as follows:

• Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will promptly ship you a replacement at no additional cost.

• Store Credit: If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, we will issue you store credit equivalent to the value of the item.

Please note that refunds to the original payment method are not available for damaged or defective items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
